How much does a deep clean cost in West Palm Beach?
A deep clean in West Palm Beach typically costs $230 to $600 based on published local prices. Ours costs $180 for a studio, $278 for a 2-bedroom home and $420 for 4+ bedrooms, with supplies included, and usually takes 4 to 6 hours. It covers everything in a regular clean plus hand-wiped baseboards, grout, range hood, vents, window tracks and behind furniture.
What a deep clean costs in West Palm Beach
Published local prices for a deep clean run from about $230 to $600, depending on size, condition and how the company prices. Here is what we charge, side by side with a standard clean of the same home:
| Home size | Deep clean | Standard clean | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Studio | $180 | $120 | +$60 |
| 1 bedroom | $225 | $150 | +$75 |
| 2 bedrooms | $278 | $185 | +$93 |
| 3 bedrooms | $345 | $230 | +$115 |
| 4+ bedrooms | $420 | $280 | +$140 |
A deep clean costs about 50 percent more than a standard clean because it takes roughly half again as long. Supplies, equipment and insurance are included. Very large homes are quoted after we hear about the home. See all our prices on the pricing page.
Deep clean vs standard clean: what's actually different

Hourly vs flat pricing: doing the math
Many deep clean quotes are hourly, which makes them hard to compare with a flat price. Here is the same 2-bedroom deep clean priced both ways:
| Pricing | Rate | 4 hours | 6 hours |
|---|---|---|---|
| Company, hourly (low end) | $45/hr | $180 | $270 |
| Company, hourly (high end) | $65/hr | $260 | $390 |
| Our flat price | Fixed | $278 | $278 |
Hourly can look cheaper on paper, but a deep clean is exactly the kind of job that runs long, and hourly pricing puts that risk on you. A flat price fixes the total before anyone arrives. When you compare hourly quotes, also check whether supplies are included and how many cleaners will come, since some hourly rates are per cleaner.
When you actually need a deep clean
- It's been a few months since a professional clean, or you've never had one.
- You're starting a recurring plan. A deep clean first means every regular visit after it stays quick and affordable.
- You're hosting for the holidays or have family staying.
- You're opening a seasonal home after months away. See our snowbird home cleaning guide.
- You're selling. See our pre-listing cleaning guide.
- A spring or summer reset after the busy season.
How often?
With a recurring plan, a deep clean once or twice a year is usually enough, because the regular visits keep the basics under control. Without regular cleaning, every three to four months keeps buildup from getting ahead of you.
Deep clean, move-out clean or post-construction clean?
| Situation | The right clean | 2-bedroom price |
|---|---|---|
| You live there and it needs a reset | Deep clean | $278 |
| The home is empty: moving in, moving out or between tenants | Move-in / move-out clean | $268 |
| After a renovation, with construction dust | Post-construction clean | Quoted after a walk-through |
The move-out clean includes the inside of every cabinet, drawer and appliance, which only makes sense in an empty home. See our move-out cleaning cost guide and post-construction cleaning cost guide for those.
What moves the price
- Size and bathrooms. Bathrooms take the most time in a deep clean.
- Condition. A home that hasn't been cleaned in a year takes longer than one cleaned last month.
- Pets. Hair on floors, furniture and vents adds time.
- Clutter. Cleaners clean faster around clear surfaces and floors.
- Add-ons. Inside the oven ($45), inside the fridge ($35), inside cabinets ($55) and interior windows ($50).
Florida buildup a deep clean targets
- Mildew in grout and caulk. Humidity keeps showers damp; dark grout is the most common thing we scrub.
- Window and sliding-door tracks. Dust, sand and moisture turn into grime that a quick wipe misses.
- Salt film. Near the water, glass and fixtures dull over time.
- Ceiling fans and vents. Fans run most of the year here and collect dust fast.
For keeping it under control between deep cleans, see our guide to humidity and salt air.
How to prepare for a deep clean
- Pick up clutter from floors and counters. You don't need to pre-clean.
- Put away valuables and anything fragile you'd rather not have moved.
- Tell us about pets, gate or alarm codes, and delicate surfaces like marble or terrazzo.
- Point out your priorities, such as the shower or the kitchen.
- Decide on add-ons, such as the oven and fridge, when you book.
