These terms apply when you book cleaning services from Palm Beach Clean Pro. By submitting a booking request you agree to them.
1. Our services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning in Palm Beach County, FL. Each service follows a written scope of work shown on its service page. Tasks outside that scope, including add-ons, are performed only if you request and we confirm them.
2. Booking and estimates
Online prices are estimates based on the home size, frequency and options you select. A booking is confirmed once we email or call you to confirm your time slot. If a home is much larger or in much worse condition than described, we will tell you before work begins and agree any change with you.
3. Payment
We charge the card on file after each clean is completed. Commercial accounts may be invoiced monthly. Promotional codes apply to a first clean only and cannot be combined.
4. Rescheduling and cancellation
You may skip, reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice, or a visit we cannot complete because we cannot get inside, may incur a fee of up to 50% of the estimated price.
5. Access to your home
You are responsible for providing safe access, including keys or codes. We store access details securely and share them only with your assigned cleaner. Please secure or tell us about valuables, fragile items and hazards, including unrestrained pets.
6. 100% satisfaction guarantee
If any part of the agreed scope is not done to a professional standard, tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we will return to correct it at no charge. If we cannot resolve it, we will refund the cost of that visit. The guarantee covers workmanship and does not cover pre-existing damage or stains that cannot be removed by normal cleaning.
7. Insurance and liability
We carry general liability insurance and bonding. If we damage your property, notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it promptly. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected visit, except where the law does not allow that limit.
8. Website use and changes
