1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide and improve our service:

• Booking details: your name, email, phone number, home address, service preferences, access notes and scheduling choices.
• Contact and newsletter forms: your name, email, phone (optional) and message.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected by analytics tools.

2. How we use it

• To schedule, perform and follow up on your cleaning (contract performance).
• To reply to your questions and send booking confirmations (legitimate interest and contract).
• To send marketing emails, only if you subscribe, which you can cancel at any time (consent).
• To measure and improve our website (consent for analytics cookies).
• To prevent spam and fraud, using reCAPTCHA and rate limiting (legitimate interest).

3. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) load only after you choose “Accept all” in our cookie banner. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may also collect cookieless, aggregate traffic statistics and security signals. You can change your mind by clearing this site's stored data in your browser, after which the banner returns.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under contract:

• Supabase (database hosting)
• Resend (transactional email)
• Cloudflare (website hosting, security and content delivery)
• Google (reCAPTCHA, Maps, and Analytics if you consent)
• Meta (advertising pixel, if you consent)

We may also disclose information when required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep booking records for up to three years for scheduling, insurance and tax purposes. Contact messages are kept for up to two years. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see section 6).

6. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled databases with row-level security. Access codes and notes are visible only to staff who need them. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of a breach as the law requires.

7. Your rights (GDPR and CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold and receive a copy of it
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time
• Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do neither)
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

To exercise a right, email hello@cleanpro.example.com. We respond within 30 days, and we may need to verify your identity first. California residents may use an authorized agent.

8. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
