How much does condo cleaning cost in West Palm Beach?
Condo and apartment cleaning in West Palm Beach costs $120 to $230 for a one-time clean, depending on size. Recurring visits cost less, from $89 for a weekly studio to $155 every two weeks for a 2-bedroom. Supplies are included, and we plan every visit around your building's parking, elevator and access rules.
Condo and apartment cleaning prices in West Palm Beach
We price condos and apartments by bedroom count, the same way we price houses. Most units downtown and along Flagler Drive fall between a studio and a 3-bedroom:
| Unit size | One-time | Weekly | Every 2 weeks | Monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Studio | $120 | $89 | $99 | $109 |
| 1 bedroom | $150 | $109 | $129 | $139 |
| 2 bedrooms | $185 | $139 | $155 | $169 |
| 3 bedrooms | $230 | $169 | $189 | $209 |
Prices are per visit and include supplies, equipment and insurance. Larger units, such as a 4-bedroom penthouse, follow our standard price list.
How that compares
Published guides put a standard apartment clean at roughly $75 to $135, or $25 to $70 an hour per cleaner, and typical West Palm Beach house cleaning at about $144 to $179. Low hourly rates often don't include supplies, insurance or a fixed total. Ours are flat prices, so you know the total before anyone arrives.
What it costs per month
For recurring plans, here is the monthly total, based on about 4.33 weekly visits or 2.17 every-two-weeks visits a month:
| Unit size | Weekly | Every 2 weeks | Monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Studio | $385/mo | $215/mo | $109/mo |
| 1 bedroom | $472/mo | $280/mo | $139/mo |
| 2 bedrooms | $602/mo | $336/mo | $169/mo |
| 3 bedrooms | $732/mo | $410/mo | $209/mo |
Every two weeks is the most popular plan for one- and two-person households. See our maid service guide for how recurring plans work.
What's different about cleaning a condo
A condo isn't just a small house. These are the things that change how we clean one:
- Glass. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors show every fingerprint and salt spot. We clean interior glass and sliding-door tracks.
- Balconies. Sand, salt and pollen blow in. We sweep the balcony and wipe the door tracks, and follow building rules on water running off balconies.
- Hard floors. Many units have tile, porcelain, marble or engineered wood. Tell us what you have so we use the right products.
- Closed-up air. With windows shut and air conditioning running most of the year, dust builds on vents, fans and blinds faster than you'd expect.
- Humidity. Inside bathrooms with no windows, mildew starts in grout and caulk. See our humidity and salt air guide.
- Less space to work. Small kitchens and bathrooms mean we plan the order of rooms so we're not in your way if you're home.
Building rules and access
Most cleaning problems in condos aren't about cleaning. They're about getting in. Tell us these things when you book and we'll plan around them:
| Detail | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Parking or loading zone | Downtown street parking is limited and timed. We need to know where to park with supplies. |
| Front desk or concierge check-in | Some buildings require vendors to sign in or show ID. |
| Elevator reservation | Some buildings require a reservation for vendors or carts, especially at move-out. |
| Vendor hours | Some associations only allow service providers on weekdays or within set hours. |
| Key or fob access | If you won't be home, we arrange a key with the desk, a lockbox, or a door code. |
| Proof of insurance | Some management offices ask for it before a vendor's first visit. Ask us when you book. |
If your association has a written vendor policy, send it over and we'll follow it.
What's included in a condo clean
Every visit
- Kitchen: counters, backsplash, sink, stovetop, appliance fronts and microwave
- Bathrooms: shower, tub, toilet, vanity and mirrors scrubbed and disinfected
- Dusting of surfaces, shelves, blinds, light fixtures and reachable vents
- Floors vacuumed and mopped, including tile, wood and stone
- Sliding-door glass wiped and balcony swept
- Beds made, trash taken out and surfaces tidied
Popular add-ons
- Inside the fridge: $35
- Inside the oven: $45
- Interior windows: $50
- Laundry: $30
- Dishes: $25
If it's been a while, start with a deep clean: $225 for a 1-bedroom or $278 for a 2-bedroom. It covers baseboards, grout and buildup so regular visits stay quick.
Seasonal and part-time owners
Many West Palm Beach condos sit closed for part of the year. A closed unit in Florida doesn't stay clean: dust settles, drains dry out and humidity works on bathrooms. Here is what we suggest:
- Before you arrive: a deep clean so the unit is ready the day you land.
- While you're here: visits every two weeks or monthly.
- When you leave: a closing clean, with the fridge emptied and wiped and the trash out.

Apartment renters and move-outs
For renters, the clean that matters most is the last one. Landlords and property managers check inside the oven, fridge, cabinets and drawers, and those are what most often cost tenants part of their deposit.
| Unit size | Move-out clean |
|---|---|
| Studio | $174 |
| 1 bedroom | $218 |
| 2 bedrooms | $268 |
| 3 bedrooms | $334 |
A move-out clean is priced for an empty unit and includes the inside of the cabinets, drawers and appliances. See our move-out cleaning cost guide for what landlords look for. If you're a host, see our Airbnb cleaning cost guide.
How to choose a condo cleaner
- Ask for a flat price. Hourly rates are hard to compare and can grow on the day.
- Ask about insurance. Your building may require proof, and it protects you if something is damaged.
- Ask how they handle access. A good cleaner asks about parking, the front desk and keys before the first visit.
- Ask what's included. Get it in writing, especially balconies, glass and inside appliances.
- Ask about consistency. Will the same cleaner come each time? What happens if you're not happy?
